We saw one – yes, that’s right – a real Saltwater Crocodile. We sat there with a pen and pad and sketched it over 300 times. Each version got better and better. Day and night we sat there, feverishly sketching, shirts soaked with sweat until this guy with a smooth, swirly moustache came up to us and said, ‘enough’. That’s when we knew we had designed a more than OK Saltwater Crocodile Self Bow Tie.

The hand-sewn approach allows the Saltwater Crocodile Self Tie Bowtie to show extraordinary detail as there is little machinery used in the crafting of this tie. Touches such as these make all the difference. Saltwater Crocodiles are huge in stature, territorial and found in plentiful amounts across the northern Australian Outback. Inspired by our Aussie Outback, this Saltwater Crocodile Self Bow Tie exudes sophistication and is hand cut and sewn on a classic navy backing. Designed exclusively by The Brothers at OTAA.

These Bow Ties come untied, meaning you will have to tie them up yourself. If you have not tried it before, we recommend giving it a crack. Each untied tie has its own personality when being tied up, through its creases, different knots and length of bow depending on how you tie it.
